Our process - How it works
An in depth explanation of our process and what to expect when starting a new website
You’ve spoken to our sales team, explored the options, and finally decided on the best plan for your business. So, what’s next? At yunolabs, we believe that creating your ideal website should be a smooth, structured experience. Here’s a detailed look at each step of our process, designed to ensure efficiency and clarity from start to finish.
1. Starting the Partnership
Once you decide to work with us, we’ll send you an agreement and a secure payment link via Stripe. After completing these administrative steps, you’ll receive access to your project manager’s calendar to schedule a call. To make the most of this initial discussion, we recommend preparing examples of websites or designs you admire.
2. Website Requirements Gathering
In the requirements call, your project manager will dive deep into your vision. Together, we’ll discuss your company’s goals, website purpose, and any specific pages you need. Throughout this conversation, your project manager will complete a “Website Requirement Document.” Our standard plans cover up to five pages, but additional pages can be included for an added cost. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the document, we’ll begin the design stage.
3. Design Stage Begins
Our designer will start crafting the design based on your approved requirements. At this stage, it’s helpful if you can provide any branding assets and text you’d like to include on the site. Sharing your domain details with your project manager now also ensures that we can efficiently link everything when the website goes live.
4. Design Draft & Feedback
Within three working days of receiving the approved requirement document, your project manager will share the first design draft. You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback. We include up to three rounds of edits at no extra charge, giving you ample opportunity to perfect your design. Additional revisions can be arranged if needed, at a modest additional fee.
5. Development Mockup
Once the design is finalized, we’ll move on to the development phase. Within ten working days, your project manager will present the first mockup. As with the design stage, you’ll have up to three rounds of complimentary revisions to ensure the site aligns with your vision. After you’re satisfied and approve the mockup, we’ll prepare for the final steps.
6. Launching Your Website
With everything approved, your project manager will help connect your domain and push the site live. Congratulations—your new website is now ready for the world to see!
7. Post-Launch Updates
Need adjustments after launch? Just reach out to your project manager. We’re here to help you keep your site fresh and up-to-date.
